Success Baby!

Hello all!  I have kinda committed a disappearing act on my blog this past week.  Sorry for that!

However, my diet plan has been in full swing!  This week I have been extremely diligent about counting my calories and exercising.  It has SOOOOOOOOO paid off!

Feeling strong...yes, you can laugh at me!

Last Week:  165.0
Current:       161.4

I have lost 4.8 pounds since I began this blog.









 I'm happy FREAKING INSANELY EXCITED!!!!!!!!!

I can't say I have done anything crazy to get the weight to finally start coming off.  I have been counting my calories on My Fitness Pal (which I LOVE!!!---if anyone else out there uses this program send me your username!), and alternating between Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and the Couch to 5K program.

Has anyone else experienced success this past week with their fitness goals?  Holla at me...I wanna keep the good vibes going!!

  1. Congrats Christina! I'm definitely trimming down with the Jillian Michael's workout, my husband says he definitely notices a different. I find that workout curbs my appetite as well, so that's always good!!
