I can't say I have done anything crazy to get the weight to finally start coming off. I have been counting my calories on My Fitness Pal (which I LOVE!!!---if anyone else out there uses this program send me your username!), and alternating between Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and the Couch to 5K program.

Congrats Christina! I'm definitely trimming down with the Jillian Michael's workout, my husband says he definitely notices a different. I find that workout curbs my appetite as well, so that's always good!!
